Dedicated to women's holistic well-being, our therapy office, led by a compassionate and knowledgeable therapist, specializes in addressing the unique challenges faced by women aged 15 and up. Through a blend of compassion, understanding, and a touch of humor, we focus on the complexities of life through the female lens. We support clients in navigating different life stages, learn strategies to help improve relationships, process trauma, break unhealthy generational patterns, understand our mental health and the role our hormones play through the course of our lifetimes, gain healthy coping skills and work to find the true meaning of love and acceptance toward ourselves and others. We are here to dig deep and explore while honoring your timing and readiness, with the intention of creating lasting and positive change.

Now offering Women’s Wellness Wednesdays the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month from 6:00pm-7:30 PM. If you are looking to expand your support system, learn more about how to improve your mental health, and have an opportunity to discuss issues that are important to you, this group is for you!
