Welcome to Wishing Well Therapy Services
As a compassionate and client-centered therapist, I specialize in providing high-quality therapy services for women. When you book an appointment with Wishing Well Therapy Services, you can expect a warm and supportive environment to help you on your journey towards healing and personal growth.
Things to Note
Before your appointment
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies and requirements. A free half hour consultation is provided prior to selecting our services. Intake paperwork needs to be completed prior to beginning your sessions. Your first session will include a Diagnostic Assessment to help better understand you and your concerns and help create a “roadmap” to help best serve you and your unique needs. Also, please inform us of any accommodations you may need prior to your session. Wishing Well is currently located on the 2nd floor, however telehealth and “in home” is available for those in need of accommodations.
Cancellation policies
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but we kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be in need of our services. Unforeseen circumstances can arise, so speak with your provider if you are needing adjustments to your schedule. A fee of $30 will be charged after the 3rd occurrence of late cancelations or no shows within a 6 month window.
Payment policies
Wishing Well Therapy Services are currently only accepting private pay clients or payments through HSA/FSA accounts due at time of service. We do however offer reduced rates to a percentage of clients on a first come first serve basis based on financial need. There are benefits and disadvantages to not accepting insurance for both provider and client. If you have any questions on whether or not private pay is right for you, please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns…
